Aufnahme mit Hamoptysen, die hier unter symptomatischer Therapie spontan sistierten. Bronchoskopisch fand sich eine putride Bronchitis mit Nachweis von Enterobacter cloacae. Eine umschriebene Blutungsquelle konnte nicht dargestellt werden, so dass wir a.e. von Hamoptysen im Rahmen der Entzundung ausgehen.


I see a paradox of sorts in what the source text says: AFAIK the word 'spontaneous' applies to what happens/arises naturally rather than resulting from external intervention. But here, we have a case of hemoptysis that is controlled spontaneously with symptomatic treatment. I don't quite understand how, hence my low CL.
