: I think each of the two sellers owns 92 shares. I can only presume that the remaining 3334 are not being sold (sounds like an aprtment block)

: with Allegro. 3,334 must be the total apartment-block points- total (5 flats?) out of which 92 shares each (184) are being sold. This gives a percentage of 18.12% for the Betriebskosten/ service charges and Grundsteuer/ land rates.
