Italian term or phrase: polizza a 'prima richiesta'
Term of a lease for commercial property: Il Conduttore si obbliga a stipulare con primaria Compagnia di Assicurazione-ed a consegnarne copia al Locatore- una polizza adeguata e congrua, **a prima richiesta,** vincolata a favore del Locatore stesso.

It's 'a prima richiesta' that's thrown me: I have found this: ‘ad nutum del creditore garantito, l'assicuratore verserà prontamente e senza discussioni la somma pattuita, prendedo giuridicamente il posto del debitore assistito da fideiussione.’ So the insurer pays up as soon as the insured asks it to, without further ado.

I can’t find the (British) English term for such a policy. Can anyone enlighten me?

Explanation:
It is the sending of the copy that is 'a prima richiesta', not a special type of policy
