disagree  Julie Barber: I think that the translation on the link is incorrect. "contradictoires" means two-way, involving both parties. It probably means something like "to be signed by both parties" or "drawn up by both parties"in this case

neutral  Julie Barber: Hi BD, wouldn't you need to add "joint" or something in? to show that it relates to both parties?

  -> One could add "jointly agreed", but it is standard practice that they have to be signed off by the client representative.
