One could add "jointly agreed", but it is standard practice that they have to be signed off by the client representative.

: I think that the translation on the link is incorrect. "contradictoires" means two-way, involving both parties. It probably means something like "to be signed by both parties" or "drawn up by both parties"in this case

I think you might be right, Juliebarba; googling 'counter statemtent' gets me nowhere near this context. I was probably misled.
