English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) Building rental contract
In USA. To Latin American Spanish (primarily Mexican-origin audience). A set number of individuals is issued keys by the Owner/Landlord; contract refers to them as "keyholders": Breach of this subsection may result, at sole discretion of Owner, in the loss of building access privileges to the ***keyholder*** responsible for the breach of this subsection."

portador de llave(s)

Usually a set of key, rather than a single key, is involved, and therefore the plural "llaves" would seem more suitable.

I don't see why this kind of literal translation (which would be clearly understood in context by any native Spanish speaker) wouldn't work.

poseedor de la llave

Entiendo que si el inquilino pierde la llave, el arrendador puede prohibirle el acceso a la vivienda.

agree lorenab23 : I think poseedor is a very good option in this context
