8.Σε περίπτωση ουσιαστικής αλλαγής της σύμβασης από τον οργανωτή, ο καταναλωτής μπορεί να καταγγείλει τη σύμβαση αυτή χωρίς επιβολή ποινής ή υποχρέωση να δεχθεί πρόσθετη πράξη.
Σε περίπτωση καταγγελίας της σύμβασης από τον καταναλωτή ή ακύρωσης του οργανωμένου ταξιδιού από τον οργανωτή, ο καταναλωτής μπορεί να αξιώσει ένα άλλο οργανωμένο ταξίδι ή απόδοση των ποσών που έχει καταβάλει. Ενδεχόμενα, μπορεί να ζητήσει αποζημίωση για μη εκτέλεση της σύμβασης.
Ο οργανωτής είναι υπεύθυνος για τη μη εκτέλεση ή την κακή εκτέλεση της σύμβασης εξαιρουμένης της περίπτωσης σφάλματος του καταναλωτή ή ανώτερης βίας.

If the consumer withdraws from the contract or if the organiser cancels the package, the consumer is entitled either to take an alternative package or to be reimbursed the sums paid. Where appropriate, the consumer is entitled to be compensated for non-performance of the contract.
