German to English Medical Medical: Health Care Abbreviations in medical records

Patient has been prescribed Citalopram (anti-depressant) then, by way of explanation, the notes state "Tochter (18J.) SCV Dez 03; Freundin SVC. 80 Absagen nach Bewerbungen bekomm." Another entry several months later mentions that the daughter is self-harming. Obviously they are something negative and a blow to the patient, I was thinking along the lines of "(failed) suicide attempt" but can't make that work. I look forward to your ideas.
