Und noch ein weiterer Begriff, der sich mehrfach in einem Vertragstext über die Erbringung von Logistikdienstleistungen für ein Luftfahrtunternehmen findet und den ich zwar im schon im Archiv gefunden habe, aber über dessen Bedeutung ich mir dennoch in diesem Kontext nicht ganz im Klaren bin:

"Reversibility" means the period upon expiration or termination of the Master Supply Agreement within which the Service Provider shall perform the **Reversibility Service** allowing the Purchaser to either take over internally or have taken over by another service provider the performance of the Service;

"Reversibility Plan" means the plan of reversibility drafted by the Service Provider and approved by the Purchaser under the conditions set forth in ANNEX T "Reversibility";

"Reversibility Service" means the Service provided by the Service Provider to the Purchaser during the **Reversibility**;

As of the Termination Date, the Service Provider shall:
depending on the nature of the Services provided, either (i) take all appropriate steps to allow **Reversibility** of the Service and undertake to perform the **Reversibility Service** in compliance with the **Reversibility Plan**, as set forth in ANNEX T "Reversibility" or (ii) cease forthwith all operations relating to the terminated Master Supply Agreement, Work Package Agreement, and/or any Order.
