I think "perspective" is the only word that presents any problems. Is it mentioned anywhere else in the document? Could it mean forecast?

@ Asker How does this actually appear? Is this (like the others) some kind of heading? If so, is it followed by any other text? Or is it some kind of field to be filled in? It looks on the face of it more like the latter... in which case, should we understand it as if it were the question "what 'mode de valorisation' is going to be used / has been used?" etc.?
