Umowa dostarczenia, zainstalowania i uruchomienia urządzenia. Pytam o wyrażenie jak w pytaniu, jest ono wśród wyrażeń zdefiniowanych na początku umowy, przyznam się, że znam bardzo dużo pasujących określeń, ale nie wiem, które są najczęściej spotykane. Ponieważ tutaj jest PRZEJĘCIE a nie PRZYJĘCIE, skłaniam się, żeby użyć "takeover into the operation", ale mam wątpliwości.
