This might just be electronic payment or electronic transfer, but it might be "e-ticket". Does the context support the use of the word ticket?
I think electronic payment is usually just 'par transfert électronique'. or "paiement électronique". Is there some reason they would avoid it?

Atom mobile payment solutions is a GPRS based mobile payment facility available to Atom customers for availing IRCTC services at a service fee.
Atom Technologies Limited (“Atom”) will send the communication on the status of the reservation request in the form of SMS and e mail on the registered mobile no. and the provided e mail id.
This service is provided to Atom customer using the GPRS based mobile network, and secured internet connectivity with IRCTC. Atom also is connected via secured internet (https) with the payment gateway services of banks for acceptance of cards of atom customers. The request of ticket reservation amount is forwarded first to bank for confirmation of the payment. Only on receipt of payment confirmation from bank, the reservation request is sent to IRCTC for booking.etc etc .....

Fudge it. Presumably they accept, e.g. SWIFT transfers from outside the Single European Payments Area. Just not paper cheques.
