الالتزام بأحكام المقاطعة
يتعهد الطرف الثانى بمراعاة أحكام قانون مقاطعة أية دولة مطبق عليها أحكام المقاطعة ، وضمان هذه المراعاة من أى طرف قد يتعاقد معه للتنفيذ من الباطن ، وفى حالة ثبوت مخالفة هذا الشرط يكون للطرف الأول الحق فى إلغاء العقد ومصادرة التأمين بمجرد الإخطار بخطاب مسجل مع عدم الإخلال بحق الطرف الأول فى التعويض .
