Otolaryngologic conditions of allergic ethiology

Or:
ENT conditions of allergic origin

ENT= ear, nose, throat

In English, "ethiologic" as an adjective is not used as much as it is in Italian or Spanish.

Also, in the US, 'otolaryngologic' is reserved for medical environments, in which "ENT" is used as well (more than its equivalents are used in medical It or Sp). Lay persons always say "ENT".
