As AllegroTrans correctly pointed out, words like "opposition" and "contestation" should be avoided, since it is open to the Defendant to confess judgment (using the "Admission Form"), in which case there will be no dispute.
"Dossier" ne paraît pas tout à fait indiqué dans la mesure où ce terme signifie "ensemble des pièces relatives à une affaire et classées dans une chemise" (Petit Robert) alors que nous avons ici des formulaires non remplis, qui ne sont donc encore relatifs à aucune affaire.
