1- Traduction:
a) Le "registry" d'un tribunal, c'est-à-dire l'ensemble des fonctionnaires qui assurent les services administratifs du tribunal, s'appelle "greffe" en français. Ici, même si, curieusement, le "registry" semble être en réalité un tribunal, je pense qu'il vaut mieux faire comme d'habitude, et traduire par "greffe".
b) Le terme consacré en français pour désigner une subdivision d'un tribunal ("division" en anglais) est "chambre". Et l'on trouve des "chambres de la famille" dans de nombreux tribunaux dans les pays francophones.
c) Pour "High Court of Justice", on notera que la traduction proposée n'a rien d'inusité, puisqu'il existe une "Haute Cour de Justice" en France, par exemple.
