Spanish term
(contrato de) "sindicacion de acciones"
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
any thoughts on the absolutely correct English term for this type of contract?
"Shareholder's Voting Agreement"?
The option "Stock Escrow Agreement" pops up in the glossary, but that doesn't seem correct.
the actual word "sindication" is definitely not involved...
thanks!

"Shareholders' Agreement"
It would be necessary to read the terms of the contract itself but based on the definition of a "contrato de sindicacion de acciones" given below (see ref) it sounds like its your average shareholders' agreement. I've tagged on the Wiki definition of shareholders' agreement- explains how it regulates the same kinds of things. The SPanish ref also comments on the difference b/n the terms contrato de sindicacion de acciones and contrato de sindicacion de accionistas - basically that they're the same thing. I feel 'Shareholders Voting agreement' might be a bit restrictive as they can deal with things other than voting rights . . .
