Spanish term

retribución fija

Spanish to English Bus/Financial
What is the best translation for "retribución fija" as opposed to "sueldos"? I have translated sueldos as salaries. Here is the full context:
Las remuneraciones devengadas por el conjunto de los miembros del Órgano de Administración han sido xxx pesetas en concepto de sueldos. Adicionalmente, se han devengado xxx pesetas en concepto de retribución fija a los miembros de dicho Órgano.

My apologies. Don\'t pay attention to this. I\'ve probably seen too many translator\'s booboos around and I shouldn\'t add to the list!
Peer comment(s):

disagree R.J.Chadwick (X) : Your answer surprises me. I thought "remuneration" was the standard term.

fixed bonus

Con el contexto, yo diría fixed bonus que usualmente es lo que un director recibiría en aquella situación.
