I'm pretty sure this relates to "vacating" or "discharging" mortgages, liens etc. but could you paste in the text containing the term as it would make it much easier to judge the context correctly

All depends on the rest of the wording but could be "to request the redemption of all mortgages etc etc." You could equally use "discharge" or "vacation"

is what I would put. HTH.

I think 'withdrawal of' a mortgage is something the person lending the mortgage does, whereas I think that in this context it is the person who has taken out the mortgage.
