All depends on the rest of the wording but could be "to request the redemption of all mortgages etc etc." You could equally use "discharge" or "vacation"

I think 'withdrawal of' a mortgage is something the person lending the mortgage does, whereas I think that in this context it is the person who has taken out the mortgage. |
