Specifically usus (the right to use), fructus (the right to enjoy the fruits, e.g. income) and abusus (the right to destroy/waste). Bear in mind that in civil law systems such as this, "real right" refers to corporeal property, including small objects. In Quebec and Louisiana, the term "dismemberments of ownership" is used all the time. If you want to use "attributes of ownership of real property in civil law", that is an option as well.
