I can't find a good source for this expression
"Il progetto sperimentale prevede l’individuazione della qualità dei grassi che compongono i tagli anatomici, la qualità delle frazione muscolare e la quantità dei grassi e delle carni presenti nella carcassa"
It appears frequently in the text I am translating, although sometimes I find just "tagli" without the adjective.
Has anyone ever grappled with this one?
