Italian term
Fermo ogni altro Vostro obbligo
Italian to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
From a notice of termination of contract. Context is:
Fermo ogni altro Vostro obbligo, a seguito della risoluzione del contratto, dovrete provvedere all’immediata restituzione delle apparecchiature che ne formano l’oggetto.
The rest of the sentence is clear but these fermos always do my head in. Any help gratefully received, thanks!

i take *fermo* to be the same as *fermo restando*.

BTW, *fermo restando che* = *it being understood that*
but it seems to me that the answer i proposed above can be used more easily here, unless you want to rephrase the sentence.

Without prejudice to any and all of your other obligations
... immediately upon termination of the agreement, you shall be bound to return and make restitution of the equipment covered under the agreement."
If this sentence is in the agreement itself, it would be better to render it as follows:
".... immediately upon termination hereof, you shall be .... covered hereunder".
Hope that was helpful

: I would read it as "subject to...." without prejudice would only be of interest to protecting other rights of the counterparty himself
