To avoid careless mistakes, use a checklist and make sure you complete each step carefully. One way to be careful is to read through the text several times before clicking [Save]. Another way to avoid careless mistakes is to make sure you're relaxed and alert; if you're tired or distracted, you're more likely to make careless mistakes.
