We are working on a mulilingual website localization project in HTML, PHP and Javascript. We have uploaded Korean, Japanese and Chinese files to a server and the files display correctly but when I send the translated to the files to the client and they upload them to the server, the text in the files is corrupted with some Asian characters but then ? (question marks) between the characters. I don't know if it is an encoding problem or the clients' settings. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure all the files are in the same (correct) encoding and that the required fonts are available on your client's computer.

Thank you Robert but the client already has the fonts available on the computer. We also have the same charset encoding as well. Any other ideas?
