Full time: Co-ordinator of the project “Ensuring Young People’s Rights to Sexual and Reproductive Healths and Rights in Rural areas of Vietnam”implemented by the Research Centre for Gender, Family and Environment in Development (CGFED) with technical assistance from Danish Family Planning Association (DFPA) and sponsored by Danish International Development Agency (Danida). Below are my brief job description:
• Prepares and updates work plans and expenditure plans and seeks approval for any changes.
• Follows the whole project workplans and activities, regular reporting to project manager on the progress of the project.
• Regualarly presents at the project site, participating/organising meetings, training and monitoring activities.
• Implements the changes approved by project manager, ensuring the progress of the project.
• Drafts the contracts and agreements; organses the implementation of those contracts
• Organises the publication of training documents and leaflets
• Organises the training activities (rent room for training, materials,...)
• Participates in training session on disseminating skills and guides adolescents in IEC
Plans and conducts monitoring and evaluation activities.
