record continuous marriage affidavit gravar declaracao de que tem uniao legal estavel Explanation: I have just remembered that I helped someone in Interpreting recently in Australia, a cop, and she used 'affidavit' to mean oral declaration, so that this is also possible. I am taking away 'de proprio punho', which can only be used in the sense of written declaration, and I am swapping 'casamento' for 'uniao' as well as 'sem interrupcao' for 'estavel', just because I remembered local Portuguese and think this is more like what things should be. It all comes down to context, I suppose. |
