The invoicing model has previously been decentralized. Now, MAC management considers centralized pooling of services, which are further ***recharged*** to units, to be better because it offers better control of the process, harmonization of agreements and of rechargeable costs and, additionally, possibility to use centralized tax services to solve problems arising in the implementation and maintenance of such a system. As the change in the MAC organization requires a review of existing service contracts and establishing of new ones, changes to the process can be implemented with lesser tax risk.
