neutral  Adrian MM. (X): dissolution in BrE and CanE is of a partnership or, post-winding-up, of a company that then becomes 'defunct'. Extinguishing of an acquirer or transferee mght work for one that is a private individual, sole trader, partnership or corp.

neutral  Billh: It may be a purchase or not but it does not say purchaser, I always use transferee for this.
