I've thought of 'simple theft / theft with fracture', but this looks like a ghastly mistranslation of Spanish. Is there a 'correct' way of translating this?

: The only thing is that is says "del medio de transporte", so it must be a car insurance policy. Then, I don't know if "breaking and entering" really fits. It might be "as a consequence of a violent act of theft"... G'luck!
