Road fund licence disk Explanation: I think this "sticker" must be the equivalent of the British "road fund licence disk" - a small, circular piece of paper you have to display on your windscreen to prove you've paid your annual fee allowing you to drive legally. In the UK, to obtain it you have to have an "MOT" certificate, proving your vehicle is roadworthy, a valid insurance certificate for you and the vehicle and the document proving that you own the vehicle. |

Road tax sticker Explanation: Having bought several of these in my time living in Managua I know they are not in fact a disk but a small rectangular sticker that you affix to the inside of your windscreen. |
