Spanish to English Other Education / Pedagogy transcript from Cuba

From a transcript from IPU Salvador Cisneros Betancourt in Cuba.

There are fields to fill in, including student name, ID, etc.

Under "curso de graduación" they wrote "no graduado."

Literal translation would be: Graduation course: Not graduated

I don't think a literal translation conveys the meaning here.

Another field says "Título que se otorga en caso de ser graduado" and the handwritten answer is "no graduado 11no."

After doing some checking, we see that in Cuba they don't choose a specialization until 12th grade. So some things come to mind:

Curso de graduación might be a pathway? And "not graduated" was written as a reason for not putting the pathway? Not graduated FROM 11th (according to the "Título" line)? I don't have a birthdate so don't know the student's age. He hasn't graduated from 11th to 12th? Or he hasn't graduated yet because he's only in 11th?

You can see why I need to put this all together, because a real meaning might not be provided for any of the fields by themselves.

In case it helps, classes on the transcript are: matemáticas, física, informática, literatura española, historia, cultura política, idioma extranjero inglés, preparación ciudadana para la defensa, biología, química, geografía, educación física. His grades look very good for "cuarto o décimo and quito u onceno." The others are blank (primero, segundo, tercero, sexto). No dates of attendance or completion of terms are shown.
