Si "el sentido que le quieren dar es que esta delicioso", se puede traducir directamente como "delicious/tasty/finger-lickin'/yummy.... etc.
No creo que resulta imprescindible mantener el componente "cuchara" (me parece que "plato de cuchara" en españa sugiere algo más robusto).

In cluso se podría añadir un poco de melocotón y llamarlo "peachy ceviche".... :-)
