Que me sugieren para este platillo "Ceviche a cucharadas"
encontré "Ceviche ready to drop" - ¿cren que es correcto?. Es un platillo de ceviche en lo cual lo principal el probar el caldo con la cuchara.

La idea "a cucharadas" puede traducirse a "by the spoonful" y así mantener la mención de la cuchara.

Si pensé en "by the spoonful" pero no les gusta el sentido que le quieren dar es que esta delicioso, como un chocolate que se derrite en la boca. Así es como me mencionan las personas

Si "el sentido que le quieren dar es que esta delicioso", se puede traducir directamente como "delicious/tasty/finger-lickin'/yummy.... etc.
No creo que resulta imprescindible mantener el componente "cuchara" (me parece que "plato de cuchara" en españa sugiere algo más robusto).
