I'm having trouble understanding exactly what is meant be causar baja. I've come up with 'cease employment' so far but I'm not sure if that covers everything. Here's some context:
Thanks!

5 workers' contracts have been terminated
I'm concerned to include those workers who have not been dismissed, since there is mention of those who leave employment because they have been invalided out. This kind of deal often relies upon a certain amount of "natural wastage", and may include also early retirement deals.
