Another term from the transcript of a customer satisfaction survey on an international shipping company. This is frustrating because it looks as if it should be straightforward, but I can't see what 'deixa' refers to. Is there an obvious meaning here which I'm missing?
Q: "Eu estou entendendo o que voce quiz dizer, que mesmo sem haver problema, a pessoa deveria estar entrando em contato?"
A: "Sim ... Porque a gente não deixa no fim, sabe, olha agora deu problema, vamos resolver, porque tem um monte de fatura pendente..."

"estar entrando em contato" sound horrible. This is anglicism for "will be getting in touch, will be contacting".
Good and old Portuguese reads: "vai entrar em contato / entrara em contato".

Since the transcript is awfully punctuated and in phone conversations people tend to deliver broken speech, it crossed my mind it could be this. But it's just a shot in the dark.
- Because we don't allow (it/this/that). In the end, you know... Look, we've had a problem this time...
(- Porque a gente não deixa. No fim, sabe... Olha, agora deu problema...)
Another possibility:
- 'Cause ultimately we don't allow it, you know...
Naturally, only the whole context of the conversation can validate these possibilities.
- Because we don't allow (it/this/that). In the end, you know... Look, we've had a problem this time...
(- Porque a gente não deixa. No fim, sabe... Olha, agora deu problema...)
Another possibility:
