Portuguese term or phrase: Regularize a embargante a representação processual
This is a standalone sentence at the end of a court order granting an injunction. The only thing that follows is "Intimem-se" and the date. The preceding paragraph does not provide useful context. I think that "representação processual" is probably "legal representation" but the part I am having trouble understanding is "Regularize a embargante".

Let the execution creditor(s) arrange for representation at (subsequent full) trial on the merits
Explanation:
1. a embargante: fem. plural - if a corp., usually pluraliz/es in AmE and BrE, to wit: the applicant intending to levy execution (not only when the 'levy is dry')

2. regularise > subjunctive command - let us praise the President etc. - adjust or arrange for.

3. processual > an injunction is an ex parte ( 'without notice to the other side') interim or interlocutory relief step (usually on affidavit evidence-only in E&W), so prior to a full-blown hearing on the trial or substantive issue.

For the embargoing party to regularize their procedural representation

Explanation:
Prosecuting representation would be a possibility, if we read the dictionary, but we say court procedures in English, not process, so that it makes more sense like this.

The plaintiff of the motion to stay shall reegularize its petition

Explanation:
This is a court order or an instruction b the judge. That's why it's a standalone line in the process. The judge is ordering the plaintiff of the motiuon to stay to regularize its petition, as it has likely omitted some document or mandatory action.
