neutral  James (Jim) Davis: "hereunder" The society for plain English will not appreciate it Patrica. "in the following" :-). After the 1997/8 UK Act, the plaintiff is now a claimant.

  -> I hereby declare your comment blasphemous to the principles of the society for the protection of archaic terminology. Seriously though, I often use the word 'hereunder' in legal documents and thought it appropriate as a translation of "in appresso"
agree  maryrose: or "below". I'm with James on simplification, ESPECIALLY in legal documents where the concepts are often complex enough. Aside from this personal quirk, perfect!
