Aleyna Tusa (asker) Oct 16, 2012: I was thinking of leaving it as well... There is little context unfortunately. This is the first phrase in the document, followed by "Numero Det." then "Protocollo," then the document begins (contract authorizing the release of a drug).
philgoddard Oct 16, 2012: Though if this was me, I'd just reproduce it - its meaning doesn't really matter from a translator's point of view.
philgoddard Oct 16, 2012: I would guess that P&R is the name of a department, VI is the person who drafted the document, and MB typed it. This is a common convention in English and other languages. But could we have some more context? What does it say before and after this?
