I have looked through the glossary and found a couple of entries for this expression, but I am not sure that 'XXX is interested in the purchase for valuable consideration of the rights over roof surfaces or pavements (no less than 1,500 sq.m.)' is right.
I am a bit out of my league with this legal stuff (the text is about photovoltaic arrays).
