The Judge is explaining why an appeal is inadmissible:

[...] il principio che il provvedimento di voluntaria giurisdizione divenuto non reclamabile [...] preclude il riesame del dedotto ma non anche del deducibile [...]

I am assuming that "il dedotto" is that which has been inferred (in previous proceedings) and "il deducibile" is that which may be inferred, but I would like to take it further and turn it into proper English if possible!

All suggestions welcome.

"Dedotto" means "issues presented" (not evidences) to the judge (all of them, deductum,res deductae)and "deducibile" means "issues that could have been presented" to the judge (all of them): "presented",not "inferred".

Qualche considerazione di carattere legale: Il principio cui e' fatto riferimento e'quello del "giudicato"(res iudicata effect.Decorsi i termini per l'impugnazione, la decisione del giudice
diviene incontrovertile,acquista efficacia di cosa giudicata il impedisce che la controversia sia portata di nuovo in giudizio, tale e quale(ne bis in idem).Il principio de quo pero'dice: Il giudicato copre il "dedotto" (le questioni che sono state portate alla conoscenza del giudice),il deducibile ( le questioni che avrebbero potuto essere portate alla conoscenza,del giudice e non lo sono state),ma non cio'che non era,ancora deducibile (fatti nuovi,supervenientia,che non avrebbero potuto esser presentati.In questo caso,abbiamo un provvedimento di volontaria giurisdizione,jurisdictio inter volentes,non c'e'lite.Detti provvedimenti non si prestano a passare in giudicato,ma sono revocabili e modificabili. Credo che i due frammenti riportati,siano logicamente distanti. Per capire bene qual'e'il senso della decisione
occorrerebbe avere tutto il paragrafo a disposizione.
Spero che cio' sia di qualche aiuto.

I think you're on the right track. I interpret "dedotto" as facts and circumstances "presented" during preceedings and "considered" (another possibility?) in the decision, while "deducibile" refers to other relevant evidence "not presented" during the proceedings. Here the sense seems to be that new evidence may the object of re-examination of the findings...
