If it's the term for the date you're after, "ex-dividend date" is what you're looking for; it is the date after which the stock trades without the dividend.Tthe record date is when the company checks its records to establish the list of shareholders, and the payment date is obviously the last in the sequence.
As for the term "stacco" by itself, it is often translated as "detachment", but I haven't come across the idea expressed this way in English very often (whereas discussion of the ex-dividend date is standard).
