I am translating some tender documents and am struggling with 'dovrà ritenersi perfezionato ed operante' which appears at the end of the letter of acceptance:
Con l’accettazione, formulata come indicato sopra, il CONTRATTO dovrà ritenersi perfezionato ed operante.
