TDI tricuspid lateral annulus velocity
TDI what Phil said (tissue doppler imaging)
The unit cm/s means that this is a velocity.
TKR = Trikuspidalklappenring
At first glance I thought this was tricuspid regurgitation velocity - but this would not have a normal value of >12 cm/s. This threshold seems to apply to the lateral annulus velocity

In adults >30 years old, a lateral Ea velocity >12 cm/s is associated with normal LV diastolic function.

Discussion
If so, it could relate to the quantification of reflux detected by doppler imaging in tricuspid regurgitation/insufficiency.

TKR? Trikuspidalklappenrekonstruction? *Tricuspid valve repair*?
