Here's the context (no need to worry about taking time to translate the whole thing - I have the basis framework - it's just the word Erbantrittserklärung that's missing):

Die Erbantrittserklärung muss einerseits beinhalten, auf
Grund welchem Erbrechtstitels Sie Erbin werden wollen (gesetzliches Erbrecht oder
Testament) und weiters muss der Umfang des Erbrechtes, also die Quote bezeichnet sein.
Weiters ist zu entscheiden, ob die bedingte oder unbedingte Erbantrittserklärung abgegeben
wird. Bei der bedingten Erbantrittserklärung haften Sie als Erbin für mögliche Schulden nur
bis zum Wert der Erbschaft, bei der unbedingten Erbantrittserklärung haften Sie auch darüber
hinaus. Wenn also die Gefahr bestehen sollte, dass bislang unbekannte Schulden auftauchen,
die den Wert der Erbschaft übersteigen, wäre die bedingte Erbantrittserklärung anzuraten.
