French term

complément de qualification

French to English Tech/Engineering Electronics / Elect Eng contract on battery charger manufacture
This phrase appears repeatedly in the text and I have yet to find its English equivalent. Contexts:

1) L’ordre du jour type :
• Revue de la prestation
• Revue de la documentation
• Revue du planning de complément de qualification

2) Le Fournisseur transmettra un Plan Général de complément de qualification du chargeur de batterie pour approbation

I am thinking it has something to do with fulfilment of criteria, though which ones I am not sure.

further (conformance) assessment

the first ref you give is talking about scheduling further assessment. The second is talking about further assesssment for (final) approval/acceptance of the product.

So, as you say, it is related to the fulfilment of criteria.
Note from asker:
Thanks, I think that makes sense

further / additional specifications

You sound suspiciously like you're talking about specs.

improvement of skill

This meaning suits as Patrick has mentioned that it repeats a number of times in the text.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Charlie Bavington : human individuals have skill; battery chargers do not. And "complément (de)" does not mean improvement.

improvement on equipment scheme

IMHO like in the future, they might have to propose to the buyer to buy a part or two or to change a part or two or maybe to maybe an improved product when they do manufacture one
