I'm looking for the correction translation of this phrase (it's a company in charge of a vineyard in my text), ideally in a UK context.

Since "societe civile" means "non-trading company" and " societe d'exploitation" means "development company", would "non-trading development company" be correct?

Explanation:
Eurodicautom gives "société d'exploitation" as "operating company, for what it's worth. A "société civile" is to my knowledge a "partnership" (e.g. société civile immobilière = real estate partnership. In a SC, partners are liable for the debts of the entity. Interests in the partnership may not be freely neogitaited and partners are taxed personally on their share of net income (dictionary definition).
That would give "operating partnership"
