Real Estate
If we take XXXX to Court, it will be for the current market price of the house, as it has gone up in value, plus compensation. When we met you on 11th October, the prices we gave you were ***off the top of our head*** and consequently since we have come back to the UK we have gone over our paperwork, and it will be more than was discussed

presupuesto estimado
significa un presupuesto no exacto - i.e. a rough amout was estimated at the time at the time but now has turned out larger than previously thought - not 100% sure of the exact term in Spanish but this is the meaning

i think that "off the top of our heads" is a tad too informal in English for the context...so maybe going for use of the word "estimate" or "quote" in Spanish may be a better choice than trying to find a translation of "off the top of our heads"

Saludos.
