It is confusing in itself, without any context, so I chose the most simple approach.
I still think there has to be a better answer, but it is not a big deal either.

Parece que van buscando o quieren conectar con un directo o una transmisión en vivo
en una, están emitiendo o reproduciendo con retardo/retraso/demora (behind live)
en la otra están emitiendo o reproduciendo en directo
eso parece deducirse, pero ese seek live repetido no pegaría con playing live
