The Administrator and each Authorised Participant reserve the right to request such information as is necessary to verify the identity of an applicant. In the event of delay or failure by the applicant to produce any information required for verification purposes, the Administrator may refuse to accept the application and subscription monies at the cost and risk of the applicant. Investors should note that the Administrator may seek a letter of undertaking from such investors in order to satisfy its obligations under the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (as amended and supplemented from time to time).
