Employee is offered 2,070,340 common stock options at a strike price equal to the current market value; four-year vesting schedule with six month cliff vesting for 1/8 total options, then each month thereafter an additional 1/48th vest monthly until employee is fully vested. In the event of a Company Transaction you will be eligible for **accelerated vesting** as to 50% of the then unvested shares. In the event you are involuntarily terminated, not for cause, in connection with a change of control, your remaining unvested shares will become fully vested.

Der Gewinn ist hauptsächlich bei den Firmen, die irgendwelche Leistungszuschläge oder Bonussysteme auf Aktenbasis/Betriebsaktienbasis/Schuldverschreibungen und seit neuestem Optionen auflegen. Dem Angestellten/Mitarbeiter wird vorgegaukelt wie toll das wäre - Ich habe sowas 2x bei einem Kunden mitbekommen, weil übersetzt - grosse Gewinne wurden vorgegaukelt und das Währungsrisiko verschwiegen - Unternehmen sind erfinderisch, wenn der Cash-flow dünne ist.
