en s'appuyant sur ses propres compétences et sur la 'Règle des erreurs d'écriture' (pour 'slip rule', je trouve une fois la traduction 'règle des inadvertances' sur google)mais c'est surtout 'under their own jurisdiction ' qui m'ennuie ici (le 'their' semblant se rapporter à l'arbitre)
